Our system features a standardized 5 ft. x 10 ft. cutting bed, allowing us to efficiently process full-size industrial sheets, optimize nesting patterns to reduce material waste, and quickly cycle through high-volume part runs.

 

Integrated Beveling for Weld Preparation (±45°)

 

Streamline your production workflow and eliminate costly secondary machining. Our high-power system utilizes a dynamic beveling head capable of complex 2D and 3D beveling up to ±45°. We execute high-precision V, Y, X, and K-type bevel joints in a single pass, ensuring your heavy structural plates go straight from the laser bed to the welding bay with zero edge-prepping downtime.
